Answers before you call.
Claims for storm-related damage — hail, wind, hurricane — are classified as 'acts of nature' by most carriers and typically do not raise your individual rate. Rate changes usually happen at the market level, not because you filed one legitimate storm claim. We're happy to help you understand exactly what your policy covers before you file.
Most storm damage isn't visible from the ground. Common signs are missing shingles after a wind event, granules collecting in gutters, small dark bruises on shingles, dented gutters, or damaged siding. The only way to know for sure is a certified inspection — which is exactly why ours is free.
Denials happen — and they're often reversible. We'll review the adjuster's report, re-document the damage with photos and measurements, and request a re-inspection or supplement. Many of our approved roofs started as initial denials.
Most residential roofs we do are completed in a single day. Larger or more complex homes may take two. We arrive early, protect your landscaping, and clean up before we leave.
A certified specialist walks your roof, checks for hail bruising, lifted shingles, and wind damage, inspects flashings, gutters, and vents, and gives you a written report with photos. If we find claimable damage, we'll walk you through your next steps.
Storm season doesn't wait. Neither should you.
Hail damage claims must typically be filed within a limited window of the storm date.
