Most storm damage isn't visible from the ground. Common signs are missing shingles after a wind event, granules collecting in gutters, small dark bruises on shingles, dented gutters, or damaged siding. The only way to know for sure is a certified inspection — which is exactly why ours is free.
That happens — and it's often worth a second look. We'll re-document the roof with detailed photos and measurements and request another review. Plenty of the roofs we've replaced started with a 'no' the first time around.
Most residential roofs we do are completed in a single day. Larger or more complex homes may take two. We arrive early, protect your landscaping, and clean up before we leave.
